Spring Buds
Luminous silver sky today. Light fog in the distance. Buds glow on the various trees as auras of the life energy around the skeleton limbs of winter. Individual trees have their own aruas in varieties of yellow from orange to yellow-green, and reds from pink to maroon. The transparent auras overlap in the forest as they would painted on layers of glass. Soft, subtle colors, thin fog. Green meadow in the foreground. Rusted barbed wire fence. Dogwood flowers opened today. A slate-gray catbird flew in front of the mass of white petals.
